1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket purchases made through the official Crazy Cars Moviepark online ticket shop and to all visits to Crazy Cars Moviepark events.
By purchasing a ticket, receiving an e-ticket or entering the event venue, the customer and all accompanying visitors accept these Terms & Conditions, the event rules, safety instructions and all notices displayed on site.
The version valid at the time of purchase applies. Crazy Cars Moviepark may update these Terms for future purchases.
2. Contract and Ticket Purchase
The presentation of tickets in the online shop is not a binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By completing the checkout and payment process, the customer submits a binding order. The contract is concluded when Crazy Cars Moviepark confirms the order or sends the ticket.
Crazy Cars Moviepark may refuse or cancel orders in case of payment failure, technical errors, incorrect prices, suspected fraud or unavailability. Payments already received will be refunded where applicable.
The contract language is English. If translations are provided, the English version prevails unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
3. Tickets and Admission
A ticket grants admission to Crazy Cars Moviepark according to the selected ticket type, show date, validity period and product description.
Admission is only permitted with a valid, scannable ticket, either printed or displayed on a mobile device.
Discounted tickets are valid only if the visitor qualifies for the discount and can provide proof upon request. Otherwise, the difference to the regular ticket price must be paid.
Expired, already used, cancelled, refunded, forged, duplicated or invalid tickets do not grant admission.
4. Event Date and Ticket Validity
Date-specific tickets are valid only for the selected show date and event time unless Crazy Cars Moviepark expressly allows another use.
Non-date-specific tickets, vouchers or promotional tickets must be used within the stated validity period, such as a season, promotion period or calendar year.
If a ticket is used during a higher-priced period or for a higher-priced event category, Crazy Cars Moviepark may charge the price difference. No partial refund is granted if the ticket is used during a lower-priced period.
The customer is responsible for checking the selected event date before completing the purchase.
5. Show Times, Arrival and Seating
Crazy Cars Moviepark is a live evening event. The regular show time, duration and event details are shown in the ticket shop, on the website or in the event communication.
The show usually starts at 20:30 and lasts approximately 1.5 hours including a break, unless stated otherwise for a specific event date.
Visitors are advised to arrive early, ideally around 45 minutes before show start, to allow enough time for parking, ticket scanning, entry and choosing seats.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, seating is free seating. Seats are available on a first come, first served basis. A ticket does not guarantee a specific seat, row or viewing position.
Late arrival may result in less favorable seating or delayed entry. Late arrival does not entitle the customer to a refund, partial refund or replacement ticket.
6. E-Ticket Delivery
Tickets are delivered electronically, usually by email or through the ticket shop system. No physical tickets are sent by post.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct email address and ensuring that the ticket can be accessed, downloaded, displayed or printed before arrival.
If a ticket is lost or not received, Crazy Cars Moviepark may assist if the customer can prove the purchase and the ticket has not yet been used. There is no legal right to replacement.
7. Prices and Payment
All prices shown in the ticket shop include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due immediately at checkout. Accepted payment methods are displayed during the order process.
Prices may vary depending on season, event date, promotion, visitor category, sales channel or special offer. Later discounts or promotions do not entitle the customer to a refund or price adjustment.
8. No Cancellation or Refunds
Tickets for Crazy Cars Moviepark are tickets for leisure activities provided on a specific date or within a specific period. Therefore, they may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer law.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are generally non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-exchangeable unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Crazy Cars Moviepark may, at its sole discretion, offer a goodwill solution such as a date change, voucher, replacement ticket or refund. Such goodwill decisions do not create any legal entitlement.
No refund is granted if the customer does not attend the event, arrives late, leaves early, buys the wrong ticket, cannot use the ticket due to personal circumstances, chooses not to enter the venue, or is removed from the venue for misconduct.
9. Event Operation, Weather and Program Changes
Crazy Cars Moviepark is a live event with outdoor and event venue elements. Show dates, opening times, program elements, performers, vehicles, effects, photo opportunities, catering, facilities and event operations may vary depending on season, weather, technical condition, safety, staffing, maintenance or operational reasons.
A ticket does not guarantee that every announced vehicle, character, performer, effect, stunt, photo opportunity or program element will be available at all times.
Temporary changes to the program, waiting times, limited availability of individual elements or substitutions of performers, vehicles or show parts do not entitle the customer to a full or partial refund, provided the event as a whole remains reasonably possible.
In case of event cancellation due to severe weather, safety reasons, force majeure, official orders, technical issues or other circumstances outside Crazy Cars Moviepark’s reasonable control, Crazy Cars Moviepark may offer a replacement date, voucher, replacement ticket or refund where appropriate.
Crazy Cars Moviepark is not liable for travel costs, accommodation costs or other indirect costs caused by event changes, postponements, cancellations, weather conditions or operational circumstances.
10. Event Rules and Guest Conduct
All visitors must follow the event rules, safety signs, restricted area notices and all instructions given by staff.
Crazy Cars Moviepark may refuse admission or remove visitors without refund if they behave dangerously, aggressively or disruptively, violate rules, ignore safety instructions, damage property, disturb other guests or staff, enter restricted areas, or interfere with the event operation.
Visitors are liable for damage they cause to event property, vehicles, facilities, equipment, staff property or third-party property.
11. Safety, Noise and Health
Crazy Cars Moviepark includes live stunt action, vehicles, engines, music, lighting effects, smoke, fire effects, sudden noises and other show effects.
The event can be loud. Visitors with young children or noise-sensitive persons are advised to bring suitable ear protection.
Visitors are responsible for assessing whether they and the persons under their supervision are able to attend safely.
Visitors with health concerns, including heart conditions, pregnancy, epilepsy, hearing sensitivity, sensory sensitivity, injuries, recent surgery or mobility limitations, should assess the suitability of the event carefully and seek medical advice where appropriate.
Attendance is voluntary and requires responsible behavior.
12. Supervision of Children
Parents, guardians and accompanying adults are responsible for supervising children at all times.
Children must not be left unattended. Staff instructions and event supervision do not replace parental or guardian responsibility.
Parents and accompanying adults must ensure that children follow safety rules, remain in permitted areas and behave appropriately during the event.
13. Personal Belongings
Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings.
Crazy Cars Moviepark is not liable for lost, stolen, forgotten or damaged personal items unless liability is mandatory under applicable law.
Found items may be handed to event staff. Crazy Cars Moviepark may store lost property for a reasonable period but is not obliged to send items by post or store them indefinitely.
14. Liability and Assumption of Risk
Visitors enter Crazy Cars Moviepark and attend the event at their own risk.
Visitors are responsible for their own conduct, health, physical ability, children, personal belongings and for following all event rules, safety signs, restrictions and staff instructions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crazy Cars Moviepark is not liable for injuries, accidents, losses or damages caused by visitor negligence, failure to follow rules or instructions, lack of supervision, unsafe behavior, weather, other visitors, temporary changes, operational changes, force majeure or loss of personal belongings.
Crazy Cars Moviepark is not liable for indirect damages, travel costs, accommodation costs, lost holiday time, loss of income or other consequential losses.
15. Photos, Videos and Commercial Use
Visitors may take private photos and videos for personal, non-commercial use, provided they do not disturb other guests, staff, performers, vehicles, show elements or event operations.
Flash photography, filming with large equipment, tripods, drones, livestreaming or filming in a way that disturbs the event may be restricted or prohibited.
Commercial photography, filming, drone use, influencer campaigns, livestreaming for commercial purposes, press coverage or media productions require prior written permission from Crazy Cars Moviepark.
16. Resale and Misuse of Tickets
Commercial resale of tickets is prohibited without prior written permission from Crazy Cars Moviepark.
Tickets may not be used for promotions, competitions, travel packages, advertising or commercial bundles without permission.
Crazy Cars Moviepark may block tickets that are resold, copied, transferred, duplicated or used in violation of these Terms.
17. Complaints and Customer Support

Customers should provide the order number, ticket number, event date, name and a clear description of the issue.
Crazy Cars Moviepark will review requests in good faith. Any goodwill solution is voluntary and does not constitute an admission of liability.
18. Data Protection
Customer data is processed for ticket sales, payment handling, admission control, customer service, legal obligations and related business purposes.

19. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Croatian law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws and statutory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected where applicable.
For business customers, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of CROSS CONCEPT d.o.o., unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
20. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
The ticket description, checkout information, order confirmation, event rules and safety instructions form part of the overall agreement.
