1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all ticket purchases made through the official online ticket shop, as well as to attendance at all events held by Crazy Cars Moviepark. By purchasing a ticket or entering the event grounds, visitors agree to these Terms and Conditions, the park rules, and all safety instructions.
2. Conclusion of the Contract
The display of tickets does not constitute a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon dispatch of the order confirmation or the e-ticket. The organizer may reject orders in the event of payment errors, pricing errors, technical errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability. Any payments already made will be refunded.
3. Tickets and E-Tickets
Tickets are valid only for the booked event. Admission is granted only with a valid QR code. Only the first QR code scanned is considered the original. Copied, altered, or previously used tickets are invalid. Discounted tickets are valid only with proof of eligibility.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices include sales tax. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Subsequent discount promotions do not entitle the customer to a refund.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU, there is generally no right of withdrawal for tickets to recreational events. This does not affect any goodwill policies.
6. Event Operations, Weather, and Cancellations
The event will take place primarily outdoors. The program, vehicles, performers, or show elements are subject to change for technical, organizational, or safety-related reasons. In the event of thunderstorms, heavy rain, storms, official orders, or force majeure, the event may be canceled, postponed, or interrupted. In the event of a complete cancellation before the event begins, the organizer may offer an alternative date, a voucher, a rescheduling, or a refund. Travel, hotel, or related expenses will not be reimbursed.
7. Admission, Entry, and House Rules
Doors typically open 45 to 60 minutes before the show begins. Seating is unassigned unless otherwise agreed. You must follow the instructions of the staff. The organizer may deny admission or remove visitors from the premises, particularly in cases of intoxication (alcohol or drugs), aggressive behavior, safety violations, or possession of prohibited items. Weapons, fireworks, laser pointers, drones, and other dangerous items are prohibited. Animals are not permitted, with the exception of dogs, which must be kept on a leash. The event can be very loud at times. Minors may only enter the premises in accordance with legal regulations and under the supervision of a responsible adult.
8. Safety and Behavior
The show features loud engine noises, fire, smoke, lighting, and special effects. Ear protection is recommended for those sensitive to noise. Do not cross the barriers. Entering the arena is prohibited. For safety reasons, outside food and beverages may be prohibited. Visitors must follow the instructions of the staff.
9. Liability
Visitors participate at their own risk. The organizer is liable only to the extent required by law. To the extent permitted by law, the organizer assumes no liability for lost items, weather-related restrictions, program changes, travel expenses, or any other consequential damages.
10. Photos, Videos, and Data Protection
Personal photography and video recording are permitted. Commercial photography and drone flights require written permission. By entering the premises, visitors consent to being photographed or videotaped for documentation and promotional purposes, to the extent permitted by law. Personal data will be processed exclusively in accordance with the privacy policy.
11. Final Provisions
Croatian law applies. Should any individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. These Terms and Conditions, together with the house rules, the ticket description, and the safety regulations, form the basis of the contract.
